Day two, we arrive back at Loser and I pick run 25, accessed by a chair lift, I am a bit wary after seeing mishap videos on YouTube, we set off, my mate giving me guidance I enjoy the journey watching the skiers on the red runs. We arrive towards the top, which is where most people seem to struggle, but I achieve it with ease.

We set off on the run, this one’s isn’t as wide as yesterday, but it starts of gentle enough, until we reach a steep section, I decided to side slip it and crab at back up. One important skill is assessing the situation and using you skills to navigate it.

We then continue down, passed by a group of children on a lesson. Then the next obstacle a road, we take our skis off and

cross over and we get to the trickiest bit, where it gets narrower with a cliff at one side and a tree covered drop at the other. I try to snowplough down staying towards the cliff side, nervous of going over the edge, I get to a point and start to slide towards to the edge, so decide to stack it (put myself on the ground), and take my skis off and start to walk down, if in doubt walk down, making sure you are visible to others.

Reflection: A slightly trickier day today, but I used my skills to navigate through the obstacles presented, that in my book is a good learning point, I also successfully navigated the chair lift. Despite all this I had a great time.
